Insurance and Fees

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Behavioral Healthcare/Optum, Aetna and Medicare.

Some people choose to pay for therapy out of pocket. We can discuss if this might be the right option for you. Sessions are $150 for your first appointment and $130 for follow up appointments.

I believe that therapy should be affordable and accessible, so if the fees are a problem for you let me know. I do have some space available for those who may not be able to afford the full fee and am willing to discuss this with you or help you find quality alternatives to my services.
